The CP Training Team

STC(UK)Ltd have a dedicated Close Protection Training Team, all members of the CP training team have years of experience operating world wide. Our instructors have provided Close Protection for foreign dignitaries, celebrities, corporate clients and royalty. The team is made up of former military or police close protection officers, all instructors are fully qualified in their field.

Security Training Centre (UK) Ltd

STC(UK)Ltd are a fully accredited and certified training centre established to provide security related training courses to individual delegates and corporate clients alike. All courses provided by us are fully certified and will enable successful delegates to apply for the Security Industry Authority(SIA) licence in the sector studied.

Our Awarding Bodies and Accreditation

Our courses are all accredited to either the National Open College Network through Skills for Security or to Edexcel, course are certified to either level 2 or 3 on the National Qualifications Framework(NQF).

The Security Industry Authority (SIA)

The SIA was established to licence the security industry in England & Wales, as of November 01 2007 Scotland was incorporated. They also aim to raise standards of professionalism and skills within the private security industry and to promote and spread best practice.

Course Costs

STC(UK)Ltd offer either a 19 or 15 days fully residential Close Protection Course, the 19 day course includes the 4 days First Aid at Work Certificate, this is a mandatory requirement for licensing.

Should you be in possession of the First Aid qualification you will be required to complete the 15 days course, delegates must produce their First Aid at work certificate before the course start date.
